You don’t have to call into a call center, where you will most likely experience long hold times and never get the same person twice.
• Also, we don’t work for the supplier. We own our own small business & take pride in our business. This means, we're working hard for your vacation, to earn your trust & repeat future business. We do also have direct contacts to all of our suppliers for any out of the normal issues. 
• Then just beyond that, you can reach out to us with any questions, we do send payment reminder emails, informative emails, including third party excursion options etc. We can make special requests directly with the supplier on your behalf, whether it be special dietary request or special occasions.
